Endorphun
Design structured running workouts on iPhone—clearly and precisely.
Endorphun helps runners create custom running workouts with fine-grained control over structure, goals, and alerts. Workouts are designed on iPhone, then run on Apple Watch using Apple’s native workout system.
What you can do with Endorphun
Build structured indoor and outdoor running workouts on iPhone
Define workout steps with distance, time, or open goals
Configure alerts for pace, heart rate, cadence, and power
Review and adjust workout structure before syncing to Apple Watch
Endorphun is designed to work with Apple’s Workout and Fitness ecosystem, not replace it.
Why Endorphun exists
Creating custom running workouts is still more complicated than it should be. Even with recent improvements in Apple’s Fitness app, users must navigate through multiple steps before reaching a workout editor, and the experience is shared across many workout types. For runners who train with structure, this makes precise setup slow and unintuitive.
Endorphun focuses only on indoor and outdoor running. It provides a dedicated space to build structured workouts with clear steps, goals, and alerts—without unnecessary navigation.
Text-to-workout (assistive)
Endorphun includes an optional text-to-workout feature that helps turn written workout descriptions into a structured draft.
Because parsing accuracy varies, generated workouts always require review before use. The feature is intended to speed up setup, not replace manual control.
What Endorphun does not do
It does not control music playback during workouts
It does not automate playlist or track changes
It does not modify Apple Music behavior
You can still listen to music while running, but playback is managed manually through the Music app.
Platform compatibility
Requires an iPhone running iOS 26 or later
Apple Watch is used to start and execute workouts
Optional depth
